My name is Sue Jassal, and SSJ Diamonds was born from one of the most difficult chapters of my life.
When I lost my husband Jass after 38 years together—my partner, best friend and business companion—I found myself searching for a new purpose. We had built a life side by side, and suddenly I was learning how to move forward alone.
I could still hear his voice saying, “Come on Sue. Pick yourself up. Life is for the living.”
So I did.
SSJ Diamonds carries both our initials, ensuring that he remains part of this journey every single day. Every client I meet, every diamond I source and every bespoke piece I create carries a part of that story.
Jewellery has been a lifelong passion. Over the years I immersed myself in the world of diamonds and gemstones, travelling throughout the Far East, Africa and India, building relationships with trusted suppliers and master craftsmen.
Today, every SSJ Diamond is sourced through trusted De Beers sightholders and certified by the GIA, giving my clients complete confidence in the quality and provenance of their diamond. Each piece is designed from scratch and created around a personal story, milestone or memory.
This is more than jewellery.
